Are your items guaranteed ?
We offer a 1-year guarantee on all orders placed after 01 October 2019. Our guarantee protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults. Can you guarantee that my upholstered furniture will be an exact colour match to my selected fabric sample?
We are using a vast amount of upholstery fabrics every day. Most of our fabrics are woven using natural fibres so colours may differ ever so slightly from one batch to another. Slight variations are normal and what makes them lovely and your items unique to you. Please be assured that we work closely with our fabric suppliers to ensure that nothing too extreme gets through the net.
How will I know if my bed will fit in my home?
We have a "Will it fit?" guide that offers considerations and recommendations related to access. Nevertheless, our Customer Services team can help on 02035765847, and we will always discuss access with you when we confirm your order.
Can I choose the colour of my studs?
Yes. You can choose between chrome, antique brass and gold studs. We will discuss stud options directly with you when we confirm your order.

We offer custom sizes on the majority of our products. Some products cannot be customised as it would compromise the design and style of the product. Will my mattress fit on any of your beds or divans?
