Our delivery days

Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 8pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.

Headboards, divan bases & mattresses

Orders are scheduled and sent out for delivery directly after completion with an estimated delivery lead-time of 5 - 10 working days as standard shipping and 4-7 working days as express shipping. That's order receipt, manufacture & free delivery in a week.

Beds & bedsteads

Our handmade beds can take between 5 - 10 working days as standard shipping and 4-7 working days as express shipping, depending on the selected method.

Delivery to remote areas

We offer free delivery to all standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an additional delivery charge, with an extended delivery delay of up to 2 to 3 weeks. Any variance on our estimated delivery turnaround will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.

Receiving your order

Your order will be scheduled for delivery once we have confirmed your order with you. You may, even at this early stage, be given a delivery date and 4-hour slot at order confirmation.

Nevertheless, you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.

Delivery checks

We are sticklers for quality. Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is also re-checked against your order specifications.

Damage or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over after our  team have either delivered or unwrapped and assembled your handmade items. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of products in excellent condition and according to your specification.

If you're not 100% happy when you inspect them, let our delivery team know or contact us so that we can immediately rectify the issue for you.

We know everyone’s home is different and not all stairs are the same. That’s why making sure your chosen bed fits through your doorways and up your stairs could prevent a lot of problems and disappointment on the day of your delivery.

Please check the product dimensions before placing your order to ensure the goods will fit into your home. If our logistics partner is not able to fulfil the delivery due to access restraints, it may result in a fee for each item to cover the costs of transportation, manufacturing and administration.
